1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by win96 (hereinafter "win96," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at the domain win96.lat and any associated subdomains, you (hereinafter "the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the win96 platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a win96 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on win96. Where win96 discovers multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether via matching personal details, device fingerprint, payment instrument, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings attributed to those accounts may be voided at win96's sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Win96 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win96 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your win96 account after each session on shared or public devices.
• Notify win96 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Win96 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have notified win96 of unauthorized access and we have confirmed receipt of such notification.

Win96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct is suspected. In such cases, win96 may also report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Win96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All financial transactions on win96 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your win96 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Win96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment instruments that have been verified as belonging to you. Win96 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal exceeding ₱5,000 will be processed. Win96 may request identity documents at any time.
• Win96 reserves the right to apply standard processing times of up to three (3) business days for bank transfer withdrawals, though e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within hours.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Win96 maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance in accordance with Philippine law. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Win96 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms disclosed at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your win96 account only after meeting the stated deposit or other eligibility requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may not be withdrawn.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to game play, while these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

• Match-fixing or manipulation of any sports event on which bets are placed.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the win96 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win96, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Win96 shall not be liable for losses attributable to: (a) internet or connectivity failures; (b) force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil unrest; (c) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) the outcome of any lawfully conducted game or betting event.

Win96's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Termination

Win96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the win96 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Win96 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, win96 may forfeit any remaining bonus balances, and any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Win96 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the win96 platform, or any gaming activity conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is provided under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
